May I know which AVG program are you using and may I ask how you narrowed this down to AVG?

every time after AVG runs on my computer, the internet stops to work, I have to restart the computer to get the internet to work as normal.

Avrohom,

Thanks for letting us know. We shouldn't disable Software Analyzer permanently. So, to find the root cause of the issue we need a diagnostic information from your computer. Please follow the email instructions to collect the log files which I have sent to you. Our senior technicians will analyse the log files and help you in resolving the issue.

In this case, I request you to disable AVG components one by one and check which AVG component is blocking your internet access (Open AVG Free Antivirus/AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components).

Hi,

I downloaded this week the PC Tuneup, and the Anti Virus, and since then every morning after AVG runs the scan my internet stops to work, I have to restart the computer to get it to work.
