Internet Subscription won't load?

I. Sorry it won't allow me to remove the licence codes above maybe you have access to do so.

2. I  reload the licence with the first activaction code however would not accept that code.

3. Tried the second licence code and it was accepted and loaded however when I check the to make sure it was the correct code and expiry date they were both incorrect and it expires on 26 AUG 19 the code that come up 89KVMG-NBM5E2-4L48HN.

This new licence was to take effect in Apr and I was under the impression that when I renewed the old licence it would be automaticaly be updated on my computer, So maybe all the old licence codes need to be scrapped and a new issued or you cancel my subscription  and refud the cost.

Hello Steve,
We will help you with it. It's not recommended to reinstall the same program twice, you can reactivate newest subscription using its activation code to update the expiry date.

See below: 2 AVG Internet Subscription till 2021, and neither of them will load the Internet Security program onto my computer. I have been with AVG for a number of years and would like this problem sorted ASAP as the current security which has been loaded expires in 2 days and I'm sick of trying to correct this problem by deleting and reloading AVG as the same free trial reloads.

Steve, please note that the two activation codes you provided in the initial query are for same product and you can use either of them to activate the product.
