Thanks for the response - after using AVG Clear and reinstalling the program the issue appears to be resolved.

Hi Lee,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. We'd like to look into this & help you.
Would you be so kind to let us know if you've used AVG Clear to completely remove the traces & then reinstalled?

I am experiencing the same issue as reported in this earlier thread:

A blank pop-up with an AVG heading appears on top of my applications randomly, and is impairing my ability to get stuff done - I can be in the middle of typing out a document, the pop-up appears and is then the primary window, stopping me from working.

Please let me know what I can do to stop this from happening. I have removed AVG and reinstalled it and the issue persists.
