Hi there.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you but I wabted to check out as many things as possible.
I have experienced problems using VPN with some sites, TUI being one of them, but not on this occassion. Turning off VPN and even AVG Internet Securitty had no effect so I went back to basics; moved to my Windows 10 system, made sure that all available updates had been downloaded and installed and guess what, the invalid certificate problem disappeared. I tried doing the same on my favoured Windows 7 system but the problems remained.
In the final analysis it's been all caused by changes to the operating which although I accept I may be out of step by prefering Windows 7 and will now be forced to upgrade to 10 still feel sad about having to change to an operating system that looks more like it should be on a mobile phone than a computer.
Anyway many thanks for your assistance
I've been experiencing problems trying to access booking web pages on the TUI website for the last few days with the following message appearing "trk.customerservices.tui.co.uk", "NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID"
I've tried accessing the TUI site using Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer under Windows 7 and Windows 10 with all current updates installed and nothing works. I'm not sure whether the problem is on my equipment or at the TUI end. In desperation I tried CHROME which appears to work under Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Can anyone throw any light on the problem

Hello Philip,
Thank you for writing back to us. From your information, we can conclude that AVG programs (AVG Internet Security or AVG Secure VPN) does not block the access of TUI website.
It's look like you need some windows update in order to use those website. Hence, you can use Windows 10 PC to access the required websites.
If you need help with AVG, feel free to contact us at anytime.
