Not to worry, reinstallation of AVG Internet Security Unlimited will fix this error. Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall -> Uninstall AVG Internet Security and restart your device.

I am having the same issue and am worried this may screw something up on my computer. I had a previous issue where my licence had dropped off my subscription and paid your tecnhicians to dial into my computer and do a complex fix.
Will doing this uninstall be straight forward and not create similar issues?

Not to worry, this reinstallation won't cause any problem. Once the installation gets completed, open Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> enter your license number to activate your license. We are here if you need further help.
