Iphone 8 won't download licenses for new AVG account

I just purchases AVG for my pc and I-phone 8. I was able to download on the pc, but the I-phone keeps giving me the error message of 'failed to download active licenses' on my iphone 8 when I attempt to login.

please report this and let me know what to do to resolve the issue.
