First, let's temporarily disable your AVG Secure VPN and AVG AntiTrack programs and check if you're still unable to connect to your iPod to your computer.
To disable AVG Secure VPN, please click on the big slider button available in it's home window. Similarly, to disable AVG AntiTrack, disable the "Anti-Tracking" component.
Second, let us know if you recently updated any system drivers using your AVG Driver Updater. If yes, did you start experiencing the issue after using AVG Driver Updater?

Hi. Since installing AVG Anti-track, Driver Updater and Secure VPN I'm having problems when I try to sync my Ipod Touch with Itunes (I also have AVG Tune Up and Internet Security but have had them for longer without any Ipod issues). When I connect the Ipod I get a message saying "There is a problem with your Ipod Touch" and it won't sync. Is the problem with the AVG products and what can I do?
