Is AVG blocking my ability to obtain WiFi on my Ring Doorbells?

I have two wired Ring Pro Doorbells.  Neither of them have the ability to connect to WiFi so that I am able to see the video recordings.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Is there a way for me to fix this problem…is it AVG that is the problem?

Could you please let us know how did you confirm that AVG is causing the issue?
