When I log into my AVG account online and look at my subscriptions it shows AVG Internet Security as the only active subscription. This is a 1 year subscription with auto renewal switched off. This is how I want it.
However when I open the AVG desktop application and click on 'My AVG' it shows both Antivirus and Password Protection as being installed on my PC. I then click on 'My Subscription' to open the subscription page and it shows an active 2 year subscription for AVG Password Protection As being active, with an expiry date of November 25th 2021
If AVG Password Protection is free with a purchase of AVG Internet Security Antivirus then there is no problem.
If, however, I'm paying for AVG Password Protection then we have a problem. I never purchased a 2 year subscription and don't want one. How do I make sure that Auto-renewal is switched off for AVG Password Protection, and if my account has been charged for this product how do I apply for a refund.
