Is it possible to install a Windows 8 theme with Styler?

The AVG Styler is not available on Windows 8 and 8.1 due to operating system limitations.

I used to have an older version of TuneUp Utilities (now AVG TuneUp), and it was possible to download a free Windows theme (from, eg. DeviantArt) and install it with TuneUp Styler. Is this no longer possible with AVG TuneUp? All I see are icon changing options.
