I had been here before to complain about my AVG Ultimate bundle in which included AVG TuneUp on the package is not doing what it should when scanning my PC to resolve issues found on my laptop.
At the end of my scanning session, the issues found were not being resolved by AVG TuneUp but rather sending me a message to pay for another subscription on getting AVG TuneUp again?
Even I had written to AVG support to report this & get an email reply from AVG support, the matter was not resolved, and I am most unhappy to say the least when I tried to get online chat support without success, which took me more than 2 hours waiting to seek someone to communicate with just getting this message on screen An agent will connect with you as soon as possible.
This is ridiculous & I had never seen this bad with AVG support before since I had been with AVG for a long time.
