Is win32/zperm a false positive

Don Skinn quote "Is there a contention issue between AVG and Ad-Aware?"…
Don, Definitely if you're using a version of Ad-Aware that includes residential protection. You should only have 1 real-time protection feature i.e. AVG installed on your system.

No, but i'll give it a shot and let you know what happens. Do you think there is a virus in Ad-Aware? Is there a contention issue between AVG and Ad-Aware?

We have AVG Free installed on 3 PC's (desktop, laptop, and notebook). AVG detects win32/Zperm virus when Ad-Aware is running a scan or update. The virus is always found in a temp directory under Lavasoft\ad-aware antivirus\ad-aware antivirus\11.4.6792.0. Is this some sort of false positive? Should we be concerned?

Don, As per the link have you tried uninstalling Ad-Aware?.
