Issue with AVG Antivirus FREE

Hi,
I restarted the PC in safe mode so I could unistall the AVG Antivirus FREE and the issue has been fixed, than I installed again the AVG Antivirus FREE and the PC is back running well.

thank you for your reply and support, I followed all your instructions, restarted the PC 2 times within 10 minutes of break but nothing changed, I cannot uninstall AVG Antivirus FREE from Control Panel ( the unistall doesn't start ), so I downloaded the AVG Clear but it also doesn't start, finally I launched the services.msc but the service window doesn't appear.
For your information on my PC are installed AVG Antivirus FREE + AVG Secure Browser + AVG Web TuneUp.
Dou you have any additional suggestion to fix the issue ?

Hi Everryone,

since this week I have problem with AVG AntiVirus FREE installed on my PC, the following message is displed:

UI Failed to Load
This is really imbarassing.
Your protection is running, but the "UI is haveing a very bad day.

The PC shutdown or restart is very long ( it takes 15 minutes ), I cannot repair AVG in Program & Feature from Control Panel, also it's not possible to uninstall the AVG.

Could you please give your advise and suggestion to fix this issue ?
