The AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen) is a platform for managing each of your AVG products and is automatically installed when you install your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. AVG Zen is included with all the latest multidevice version programs. I have sent you an email instruction to get connected with our technical support team. Logged into laptop and avg upgraded and has changed a bit and is called Zen this says all upgraded but my notification says upgrade failed but this seems to be pre current upgrade install. Also most sites i access egularly now say cannot connect as not secure.
How do i get past this and what is tjis zen version and can i go back to a bersion that works. I also ordered to tune_up and so go into avg and connected snd logged in but dont seem to have it.
What the hell is going on?
