Issues with Big Fish Games

Hi Dorothy,

It looks like that the problem is not due to AVG Internet Security as you have already disabled it and tried downloading the game.
If you have our AVG Secure VPN turned on, please turn it off and then check the status.
Thank you.

Can you confirm that you are able to access the manager and play games when the AVG is temporarily disabled?
And also do you have any other security application(s) other than AVG installed in your PC?

Hi, everyone.  Hope there's someone out there who can help me.

Have bought and loaded AVG onto my Windows 7 desktop, and am now having problems with this gaming site.  I cannot download any games, and some of the later ones already on my computer are unable to work.  (Funnily enough, the really old ones don't seem to be affected.)  Have tried downloading whilst AVG is switched off, but again no luck.  Any suggestions?  Please bear in mind I'm no computer wizard.  I was somewhat surprised I was able to install AVG in the first place.  I did think it had gone too well.  Unfortunately, I was right.  :frowning:

Hi, Balasubramanian.  And thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I had a look at AVG Secure VPN, and in actual fact I hadn't switched it on.  Needless to say, when I did so and tried again, the situation was even worse.  This time I couldn't even get into the Big Fish game manager.  When I turned it off, I could bring the site up on the screen and access it, but still a lot of the games won't work.  I did manage to get one game to play by turning off AVG, but it didn't play properly.

Looking at your site, I note that other people have had the same problem with Big Fish games.  (And can I say it was working perfectly fine until I put your programme onto my computer.)  So can you tell me if they were able to access their games?  And do you have any more suggestions for me?

Regards, Dorothy.
