I called the USA TF # and got Maggie in India. Spoke good English. She will send me a new link to try and install 2016 PC Tuneup. Hope it works this time as all this is getting to bug me.
Now my system is hosed up as when I launch PC Tune Up it says I need to buy it and then locks my system up where I have to use Task Manager to kill the process. Then a boot up warning pops up and it show Zen what ever that is. Bottom linme my PC Tune up does not work as it say i do not have a license for it yet I do.
Ready to delete both AVG applications and say the heck with AVG.

Well I tried again for the 4th time and SW still not will install as error message ahs not correct license etc after I type in the first letter T of my license # which they confirmed that my license # is correct on the phone or via eamil.
Each time I make contact with AVG usually in India I get passed around. All apoligize but no one fixes the problem. What a way to run a costumer help office. Yikes how do you stay in business?
Just refund my money to my CC and I will take my $$ elsewhere to a different company where they have tools that install and work correctly plus people that can help when there is an issue.
