It doesn't work

Did you activate the renewed subscription?
Does a specific error message appear when you encounter this issue?
If so, could you please help us with the screenshot of the error message you got. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

i think the renewed subscription has been activated, see bellow the picture on the screen, i must choose between a free test or buy again
