I took screenshots of all instances of the reminder today but when I try to upload an image file here, the dialogue box freezes!

Some time ago, when the VPN I was paying for refused to do what I wanted, ie, give me the anonymity I expected, I engaged with the support services at AVG and was told, after a few exchanges, that the VPN was working for them so it should work for me.

After being a paying customer for years, I was completely shocked at such a response and I said so.

Still, here we are at renewal time and I prevented all automatic renewals of service a while ago. Now, I am being bombarded with renewal requests: huge pop up screens every 15 or 20 minutes.
I clicked on Contact Us to discuss this but I ended up in a loop going nowhere.
