Been using avast, but tired of the big popups that want me to buy more and more. So, I downloaded AVG free. AVG Site had 3 different free AVs and did not really explain the differences, although one was promoted as 'for all your devices', which to me means it would work for my one (computer) device. Still, one of the other's listed as free had "64" (bit?) in its dnld title (AVG_Antivirus_Free_x64_693.exe). So, i chose that one. 2 days afer installing it, it says i will loose it in 28 days if I dont pay 49.95$. I guess I should have been happy with avast.
Also, no email contact us, even for the paid, wow. I tried to email, but after having me type in my question, it said i need to go to forum to ask, so I chose the button saying im a paid customer, to that it wanted to give me a phone number, so i could call and get ear cancer waiting on hold. That is lousy paid member support.

i see that there are two. That was not done by me. I suggest a possible glitch in this forum. It is different than most that I have used. This thread should be closed.
