it said i need to renew my account but in my subscrition is good untill oct 21 2021.what can i do to get tuneup working again

Kindly make sure you have activated your AVG TuneUp in your device. 
AVG TuneUp >> MyAVG >> My Subscriptions >> Login using credentials
