When I tried to install the 2015 version from the email sent to me with my new licensing number, I kept getting an Internal Server Error message. When I tried to log onto any AVG site from Google, I got the same message. I was able to install the new version directly on my computer, but it It says: You are not fully protected. And it says I'm not protected when web browsing. When I click on it, it says both link scanner surf shield and online shield are enabled but there is an error message on the bottom of the online shield section. Can anyone help me. I'm not very computer savy.
