Finish a Deep Scan and it won't remove the threats. I've hit "resolve all" several times and it doesn't do anything.  Suggestions?

Thank you for checking that, Natty.
Let me check this with our senior team and get back to you.
Your patience is much appreciated.

Natthy, thank you for the information.

Did you remove the suspicious email you received from the outlook?

If not, please remove the same from your inbox and delete it from the trash folder as well.

Once this is done, run a new scan and check if the threat is still being detected on your mac computer.

Thank you for the screenshot.
It shows a file related to Outlook. We request you to right click on the detected file and check its entire path.
Get into path where the threat was detected and see whether the file is known and trustworthy.
Keep us informed about the status.

Thank you for being patient, Natty.
Our senior team says that, in your case, Outlook repeatedly tries to download an email with the suspicious attachment.
It is not downloaded but it is blocked. We request you to temporarily disable AVG Email component > Download the messages in Outlook > locate and delete suspicious emails from the list.
If that doesn't help, log into your email account from the browser and delete the email associated with this threat from the inbox and trash completely.
Once it is done, check the status with AVG antivirus scan.
