I am setting up IVCam and application that allows iPhone/iPad camera/microphone to be used by a PC. Only works when AVG fire wall is turned off. IVCam says UDP/TCP port 5898 is used. I created a packet rule that matches this but used 0.0.0.0 for iP as depending on where I am the IP address would change. Thoughts?
Hello Thomas,
We will work together to sort this out.
Please change the below settings from firewall and check if that fix the issue.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public".
Once this is done, select "Policies->System Rules", enable all the settings that are not configured.
Check if that fix the IVCam conflict.
If you face any difficulties, please let us know and we will assist you further.
