I've canceled 60-day trial renewal and I still received an email saying that I'll be charged for it

Apparently I'm not the first one that have this problem, I've canceled the auto renew subscription an deleted my credit card from your system (in your panel isn't any data about my subscription because I've already delete it) and now I'm surprise that I'm receiving and email with the latest 4 numbers of my card saying that I'l be charged on 6th July for the next period, What's going on? please need answer as soon as possible.
