As Sticks Stones and others, my laptop now displays the same popup that will not go away. Mine also says it is in outlook.exe. Have there been any solutions developed? Is there a program available fix it? Please help. Thanks.

James, I apologize. Sometimes, the paid version will also be giving the same threat message. The detected file is the threat but the message shown as moved to quarantine is incorrect. Please follow the email steps to collect the diagnostic information from your computer. This information will allow us to analyze the situation and provide you with a solution. Do also attach the screenshot of the threat detection message to escalate the case to our concern team.
