Each time I start Microsoft Outlook I get a Message:

Threat secured
We've safely locked this file in your quarantine.
JS:LockyDownloader (Trj)
in ..500019|DeliveryDetails\DeliveryDetails.js
...86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\OUTLOOK,EXE.

There is never anything in the quarantine and a full scan reveals nothing.
Seems to have started after latest AVG version update was installed.

I am sorry to hear that. Please let me know the version of AVG installed in your computer. If you have older version, please update the same to latest version and check if that fix the issue.

This pop up appears when AVG detects some malicious content is getting downloaded from an email in your Outlook. To analyze it further, I need to submit your concern to our senior technicians along with other diagnostic logs.
I have sent you an email with steps on how to collect and upload the data required for analyzing your issue. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.

No way that would ever work, I really need you to look at the problem  you have been sending people on wilde goos chases for 6 months.  What is the fix!

Thank you for the screenshot. I see that you have latest version of AVG installed in your computer and this threat message should be a false detection. Please run AVG update in your computer and check if that fix the issue. If you still get any pop-up, please run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG.
