Hi!
I have just bought AVG, but it refuses to install, claiming that the software is incompatible with the PC operating system, which is XP. Before buying I made sure MS XP was on the compability list.

What may be wrong and how can it be fixed?

Service Pack 3 is installed, and XP is regularely updated.
