i bought the premium package, because im somwhat computer illeriate i had avg do the install.it seemed to work ok but the advertisement continued to pop up whenever i tried to use the program.i attempted to get cust support but the program didnt recognise my info, email, password, eventually i contacted cust. sup.using my lic # this was a real pain in my typing finger.i told avg about the glitch which kept telling me how bad my system was and after analyzing my computer again and again kept telling me i was in desprate need of what i already purchased.this has occured twice, this complete cycle of who are you and whats your problem without a noticable change, other than my disposition that is.wellllll eventually the ad program lessened and i was able to utilize the fetures of the program such as the one touch maintenence which one touched me right outof my registry which completly shut down my computer and made it inoperable.anyway thats the only thing i know of that could have corrupted my registry as it was continually maintaining it and was the sole gardian of the system and so thats one computer gone.well so i put it to my mac 3 which i know about even less than the now broken dell.i tried to contact avg to no avail they didnt recognise my e mail password ect etc using my lic# only i was able to make my mac in very short time eluminate an apple with the neverending circle of mystery take over the screen you know that circle of eluminated dots that just go round and round forever.yeah.well–heres the question-since ive still got my trusty mac book pro, combined with the new recognition that came with finally getting ahold of this cust service outlet, which has taken even more of my precious typing fingers time do ya think avg will just give me a refund or will they develope a pig that can fly?it would have been better if i could have gotten ahold of someone who could have perhaps shed some light on my ongoing mystery customer issue even perhaps a little technical help on the registry meltdown on my dell, but when i really think about my poor typing finger whos gotten the dickens pounded out of it just trying to comunicate with the oh sooo helpfull avg people well concidering all that—do ya think all the avg peop[le are really trying to get a pig to fly?is that why there so busy?
