Just purchased avg 2016 can not initialize it to finish download

I request you to use ctrl+c and ctrl+v to copy paste the license number and check if you are able to fix the issue. In case, if you still face issues after that, I request you to follow the steps below to perform the clean installation.

to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
After the remover tool process is successfully finished, I request you to restart your pc.
After the restart, I request you to manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of Mycomputer.
Please install your product after that and you will be good to go.

i just bought the 2016 avg whole pkg of internet and everything protection i started downloading it got to the point of where it was i put in my license number it started to initialize then it could not complete why ? i just paid 47 dollars
