I can understand your concern. You can download and install AVG AntiVirus free from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Antivirus_Free_1817.exe. Once this AVG program gets installed, please open the AVG dashboard and from here you can see a tab to install AVG Secure VPN, please click on the same and install the AVG Secure VPN.

Can not activate "VPN", can se VPN i "myaccount" but has not received any installations-file?
