Hallo leider wurde mir wieder einmal ein Jahresbeitrag abgebucht. Das wäre nicht schlimm wenn ich wenigstens was davon hätte. Ich kann die pro Optionen nicht nutzen obwohl ich richtig angemeldet bin. Das war auch im letzten Jahr so. Ich würde Sie gerne bitten,  entweder mir den Beitrag von 8 Euro ungrad zurück zu überweisen oder mir eine anständige Gegenleistung zu erbringen.
