Keep getting, HTML:ExtortMail-DG[Phish], these threats, put in Quarantine

Hiu.  I am also regularly receiving the Extortmail-HF(Phish) alerts.  I would really like to how why this is happening and the source. Thanks

Hello Keith,
We're sorry to hear that you're facing this trouble, we regret the inconvenience caused.
We will certainly look into it and help you.
For better clarity, please share the screenshot of the threat pop-up which you received on your computer.
Note: Open the threat pop-up > Click on "See details" > Take a screenshot and share it on this post. If needed, please find a quick guide on how to take a screenshot here.
May I know how do you use/manage your emails?
Is that through email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc., or through a web browser?
Also, please mention the operating system of your computer.
If you're getting a phishing alert from a specific unknown spam sender, please block the sender's address and check the status.
Thank you.

I'm getting these messages recently as well. I primarily use Outlook on my laptop, but the default email program on my HP is also active. Operating system is Windows 10. I read this after I closed the threat pop-up, but these two instances are still in my quarantine.
