I sent now (3rd time) the form you asked for.

Josue,
Sorry for the trouble. Could you share the screenshot https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-create-a-screenshot&supportType=home of that threat detection? Let us know the name and version of AVG you have installed.

I also keep getting this notification, except it's launching from my browsers and has a slightly different url. I keep getting 3 of them because I have 3 browsers open. This started happening yesterday, Jan 8.

Hi Ranjani,
I'm using free version of AVG. can you please send me mail with instruction on our to deal with this virus/pop-ups/etc…?
thanks.

Hi ShukYan, I would like to inform you that we have not received the URL for analysis. I request you Submit the URL again.

Sorry for the delay reply. I'm using free version (17.9.3040).

I am still getting the same message; "Threat secured. We've safely aborted connection on none-stops.com because it was infected with JS:Agent-EDB [Trj] "

Hi.

I'm having the same issue. But the problem seems to be comming from Firefox, and a site that I am not actively visiting, nor do I know what the site is. (And I don't want to go there to find out.)

I get this pop up about every 5 minutes. I've attached a screenshot. Please send me a solution if there is one. Thank you. :)User-added image

@Alok Kumar I've filled out the sample form as requested. Is there any temporary solution I can use in the meantime to prevent this pop up?
