Keep receiving an error message when trying to see if the anti-virus was installed

i purchased the 1 yr. anti-virus and tried to download it. i have tried to check on several occasions since FEB.2ND to see if the download went through but i keep getting an error message or a pop-up that says my free trial is up…?? i do not have a free trial…whats going on?
