Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Are you able to boot your computer in 'safe mode'( http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode )? If so, are you able to access your AVG PC Tune Up program in 'safe mode' ?

I have a blue screen with  message after first reboot during avg chk disk for errors. I am running win 10 uograde over win 8. Can anyone help!!!
