Hello, I need some help from you - the AVG community. Recently I've struggling with a virus/trojan named KMS-R@1. It also has other processes named KMS-R@1nhook and KMS Connection Broker.
I know it looks up for banking information and keeps track of browsing information.
I've tried dealing with it with Premium AVG, I made a full scan and also a boot scan but I can't seem to get rid of it.
It eats a lot of Disk memory. I also tried Malewarebites unsuccessfully. I think I've been having it for quite some time and I have win 10.
Do you have any ideas or information that could help me terminate this trojan ?

Hello Andrew,

We have sent you an email with instructions to collect diagnostic information and analyze this issue.
Thank you.

I can't download the utility AVG Screenshot. The link gives me the following error:
~An error occurred while processing your request.

This is actually a little bit frustrating…

I am using AVG Internet Security. My computer is kinda new, I bought it last autumn and I've been keeping it clean, with few programs as I used it for work.

Actually, I don't have what to make a screenshot of. The process used to appear in Task Manager at 'processes' but since I've disabled it with msconfig from starting with the windows it doesn't appear there anymore. There is also little information on the web about it, some website are are saying that it is a high-risk hacker trojan made to steal banking data and also to automatically download other programs. Its users can also remotely control my computer.
It makes my computer run very slow, and in time it might damage the registers even more. In know of it because it seemed as a strange process in Task Manager with no publisher information; also it showed like not using any resources in terms of percentages.
Thank for your answers and I still seeking for some advice/ suggestions. Thank you.
