Laptop locked when being remotely used

Upon checking your case history, we see that your case got escalated to our level two technical team and you informed that your PC got locked and sending the email from ipad.
Today one of our level two technical team agent has sent you the email to contact the local technician to unlock your PC and then contact them for installing AVG Protection.
What is the status of your PC now? What message do you get when you to turn on the PC?

Hi, midway through the installation my laptop was locked up by the AVG OPERATOR WHO WAS ON IT REMOTELY. Please can you help ASAP
