I loaded the AVG Ultimate onto my computer and phone and I am having no issues BUT when my husband loaded it on his laptop, the computer now shuts down after about 5 minutes. We did contact AVG and they sent a link to remove the program but for some reason the computer still shuts down. Now my husbands laptop is unusable. Any suggestions would be appreciated; the AVG program is uninstalled from the laptop but that did not fix the issue.
