Im really frustrated with AVG tune up, i decided to install the paid version because my laptop was running slower than usual but that was a mistake, the laptop did run slightly faster but the startup from switch on to microsoft edge was really slow, i contacted avg and an engineer took control of my laptop and did some messing about which helped a little but it is now slower than ever in fact 13 minutes from switch on before i could do anything, note i am not good at understanding the workings of computors but if anyone out there can advise a simple fix i would appreciate it, I have paid AVG security installed could that be a problem
