Dear Sirs,
I am still having problems with my HP Compaq 6910p laptop, The laptop has had AVG Protection since 2012, I renewed my subscription on 26/11/2016 at a cost of £72.99 for 2 years more cover. The computer began running slowly so I contacted AVG Customer services and bought a lifetime Installation disc and a Tune up disc at a further cost of £27.94. At the advice of customer services, I downloaded Windows XP Service pack 3 to overcome the installation problems with the disks. The tune up disk is now telling me that I have 21 outdated drivers! I ran the scan of my laptop and the disk is telling me that to repair this problem (i.e. update the 21 drivers), I have to pay another £16.99 for the activation key to activate this update. However, I cannot connect to the shopping cart and checkout to purchase this product. Please can you help? I think I have paid enough to AVG already and I am no further on. I just seem to run into another problem with everything I do. Please would you send me an activation key to your download for the update for my drivers for my laptop. I just seem to be going round in circles. I really do need to get this computer back to full speed because of the information that it contains for my business. Thank you in anticipation.
