Provide us the contact number which you have used to reach us.
I have got some problems with AVG.
Latest update corrupts my internet explore. Once I update the AVG, my internet explore does not work. and I have no access to the net.
I restored my computer to the early date and the everything works Ok. but the AVG then not to up to date.
If I update AVG, I get the same problem again.
I tried several times and the result the same (more then 8 time!)
Obviously the problem with the latest AVG update.
I spent about an hour talking to your helpline and they are absolutely useless (Philippines)
I asked for anyone in the UK or Europe -they said no one in Europe works for AVG. Staff refused to give they names or anything to identify them and they were asking me to let them access my PC.
What is this? Are you some kind of a cheap backyard underground mafia or a proper company?
