Latest AVG update blocking my access to internet

I have got some problems with AVG.

Latest update corrupts my internet explore. Once I update the AVG, my internet explore does not work. and I have no access to the net.

I restored my computer to the early date and the everything works Ok. but the AVG then not to up to date.

If I update AVG, I get the same problem again.

I tried several times and the result the same (more then 8 time!)

Obviously the problem with the latest AVG update.

I spent about an hour talking to your helpline and they are absolutely useless (Philippines)

I asked for anyone in the UK or Europe -they said no one in Europe works for AVG. Staff refused to give they names or anything to identify them and they were asking me to let them access my PC.

What is this? Are you some kind of a cheap backyard underground mafia or a proper company?

this is disgrace!

That’s certainly not how we want your AVG to work. We are aware of it, we need to escalate this case to our senior team. Pleae share the screenshot https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-create-a-screenshot&supportType=home of error  message you received while opening Internet Explorer and AVG build version (Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> About). Provide us the contact number which you have used to reach us.
