Latest AVG update will not scan email

I let ver 2015.0.5941 update to 2015.0.6086,not the 2015.0.6125 I expected.Ver 2015.0.6086 seems the latest update for now.Email acans are working ok.I did download the two files above,but did not have to use them for now.
Had same problem on a HP Labtop win 8.1.

Update to ver. 2015.0.6125 will not scan email.got email 5 min. before the update.5 min after the update will not get or scan email.Works ok with a acc. that does not have SSL.
Settings are the same as before and after in both Windows Live and AVG.Update was at 8:17AM  Aug 13 2015
Have reverted back to original settings in Windows Live

Hey John.  I too am having the same issue.  Everything was working fine and then after the update this morning, emails will not come through the AVG email server.  I had previously set it up because I got anoyed at the AVG pop up that happened every time I got email because it (AVG) couldn't scan my emails due to the SSL.  I noticed I had gone numerous hours without getting an email which is very rare so I logged into the web based site and found that I actually did have emails but they weren't being downloaded.  Thunderbird was not giving me any errors though.  Any way, I ended up just disableing the AVG server and now AVG just throws up a pop-up every time.  I'll just deal with it till they fix it.
Windows 8 with all recent up dates along with Thunderbird (once again most recent version).

Hello Martin and John, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This issue has already been raised by many of our users and we found a fix for it. Please try repair of AVG by downloading the repair package from below link:

For 32-bit: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG/avg_isc_x86_all_2015_6134p1.exe
For 64-bit: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG/avg_isc_x64_all_2015_6134p1.exe

Download and run the file and make sure that your AVG program is already installed on your PC. You will get the option as "REPAIR" please select it and continue with the onscreen instructions and you wont be having any issues after this. Thank you.
