Level 2 of virus on computer

Hello Teresa, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please try below steps to remove the MalSignGeneric B&A (trojen horse) from your computer.

1. End the malicious process from Task Manager.Please in Task Manager and see if there is a suspicious process occupying the system resources and then end it immediately( eg:svchost.exe)
2. Show hidden files and folders.

Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.

Click the View tab.

Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then click OK.

I bought the 2015 internet security yesterday did scan and everything and now this shows up…how to get rid of these…

  1. Open Registry entries. Find out the malicious files and entries and then delete all.

    Attention: Always be sure to back up your PC before making any changes.

    a. Press the “Start” button and then choose the option “Run”. In the “Open” field, type “regedit” and click the “OK” button.
    b. All malicious files and registry entries related to Adware Generic6.BZPN that should be deleted:

    %AllUsersProfile%[random]

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\run<br>HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion<br>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Temp
