We apologize for the inconvenience caused while trying to activate your AVG Internet Security program.
You will not find any activate option if you have installed AVG Antivirus free version with Zen window.
All you need to do is uninstall AVG using remover tool through the below link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
Please download and install AVG Internet security again through the below link.

I am trying to activate my new licence .I have followed th instructions but the word ACTIVATE OR
REACTVATE does not apper under opptions or support or any where els on AVG so what should i di technical support is not available at the moment.
