My AVG keeps on putting a pop-up saying that the licence is not recognised - but it's installed under Zen, and there is no licence number. I've tried a repair to AVG protection, and that hasn't worked. I've tried to uninstall Zen (so as to re-install) but that says I have to uninstall AVG Protection. AVG protection will not uninstall, and when I try to access it through the Zen front end, it comes up briefly then shows a box saying "User Interface has stoppecd working" and closes down. So what do I do??? W10, 64bit

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I just checked your records and I can see that your product is "AVG Performance". To resolve the issue, I suggest you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After running AVG Remover, you may need to manually uninstall/delete any remaining AVG applications from 'Control panel' and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually.
