Thanks for your reply, but I have tried a few times to start a 'chat' but I just do not get any response.

Today I installed AVG Protection.  My previous Internet Security is due to expire on the 8th May 2015.  The Internet Security section of the Zen Control Panel still shows my old License Number and with the expiry date still being 08-05-15.

Also the links provided in the Support section of the Zen Control Panel either just go to a blank page or do nothing.
