Hi, I have AVG Zen on an HP laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate. I keep getting two error messages: the first that AVG does not recognise my licence number and secondly that the AVG interface has stopped working, this has a request to close AVG. When it first appeared I removed the program and did a clean re-install, this solved the problem but lasted less than a week before the error messages reappeared. Please advise what I can do, also is it still ok to go onto the Internet with this happening?
