AVG Ultimate installation shouldn't ask for license number as its activation is only by entering AVG my account credentials.
May I know on which AVG screen you are asked for a license number to be entered?

I bougth and activation code, entered and get expiration date for 2020, downladed Ultimate, install it (no error messages…but it does not appear and entery to My Account I am asked for a Licence number, Where do I get It.

The license number was from your older subscription. Please click on 'Remove license', confirm it and check if the correct expiry date is showing. If it does not, please also logout and log back in using your email address and password.
