Still having issues. I requested that AVG send me my product information. The internet licence key listed at AVG is not the same as the one I received in my confirmation email from AVG last week when I renewed
I enter the new licence but nothing happens.
Any thoughts?

I have just renewed my antivirus protection. AVG sent me a new licence key but despite entering in the 'Re-Activate' screen and the system saying 'Valid licence' AVG still shows the old key and tells me that my protection will cease in 21 days. Any one else had this issue and if so were you able to fix and how.
