Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. The instructions you received seem to be for an older version of AVG. Please follow the instructions provided in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-AntiVirus-or-Internet-Security-with-a-new-license-number to complete the activation with new license number.

Yesterday I received an e-mail from AVG suggesting that I need to reactivate my Internet Security licence.  However, there was no option to reactivate in the Support tab.  Any ideas?
